Chili & Creme provides authentic Ghanaian food delivery services in Belvedere and surrounding areas through:

• WhatsApp communication
• Informational website (no online ordering)

3. Ordering Process

All orders require:

• Verbal confirmation via phone/WhatsApp
• Clear delivery address within service area
• Agreement on payment method (cash on delivery or bank transfer)

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment Conditions

All transactions are conducted offline:

• Prices quoted are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Cash payments must be made in exact amount upon delivery
• Bank transfers require proof of payment before delivery
• Prices subject to change without notice (confirmed at order time)

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery terms:

• Service area limited to Belvedere and immediate surroundings
• Delivery times are estimates only
• Recipient must be available at provided address
• Additional charges may apply for special requests
• Cold chain not guaranteed for all menu items

6. Food Safety & Allergen Conditions

Important notices:

• We handle common allergens including nuts, seafood, and gluten
• Cross-contamination possible in our kitchen
• Consumption at your own risk if allergies exist
• Must report quality issues within 1 hour of delivery

7. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Order modification terms:

• Cancellations accepted up to 1 hour before estimated delivery
• Late cancellations may incur 50% charge
• No refunds after food has been dispatched

• Menu descriptions
• Photography
• Logo and branding

are proprietary and protected under UK copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chili & Creme shall not be liable for:

• Food preferences not matching expectations
• Delivery delays due to traffic or weather
• Allergic reactions from undisclosed allergies
• Technical issues with website accessibility

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
